Meet Our Founder, Ellis Grayson
Hi, I’m Ellis – Founder and owner of Eclipse Recruitment.
I am outgoing, dedicated, and open-minded; always looking for new challenges whether that be a new country to tick off my never-ending bucket list or finding that right someone for their perfect new job.
I love sport, a lot of it! I am forever attempting to lower my handicap on the golf course and I continue to put myself through the pain of travelling up and down the UK following Cardiff City football team. It’s the renewed expectation each year which is the hardest to take when trudging back down the M4 after yet another loss, but I will be there again next year I’m sure with that optimism burning bright.
That same resilience I have learnt from sport has also served me well in my career so far. I have worked in numerous recruitment agencies and other various jobs whilst growing up and ‘learning the trade’. I finally decided, in the depths of lockdown, working from a garage office, that it was time to start my own journey and Eclipse Recruitment was born.
I absolutely LOVE my job and although that is a rare feat and I certainly realise how lucky I am in saying that, I push each day to try and ensure that enjoyment and success is mirrored fulfilling my clients’ requirements and the careers that I provide to the very much valued candidates that I work with.
