Project Manager – Rail Division
We are working with an established international consultancy who work on some of the largest rail & infrastructure projects across the country.
Our client are currently looking for x2 Project Managers to work closely with a well-known national rail company across the country.
#1 : Lead Portfolio Manager
#2: Hand-Back Manager
The working arrangements for this role will be completely hybrid, working 3 days from the regional office in Stratford (London) and the rest of the week remotely from home.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Ideally degree qualified in relevant subject such as project management, engineering, construction, cost management, engineering, or quantity surveying.
- Understanding of NEC Project Management
- Resource management experience preferred.
- Control project change, risks, and contingency within the project life cycle.
- Understanding of rail terminologies – GRIP & PACE etc.
- Knowledge of Network Rail asset management.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Qualification with APM preferred.
- Health and safety knowledge.
- Demonstrable experience of delivering rail schemes (from a client side perspective).
This position would be supporting the Programme Manager and would be well-suited to a PM who has a track-record managing projects on behalf of consultancy or rail companies directly.
