We’re working with a commercial work-space specialised company who provide a host of options ranging from entire buildings, various suites to separate desks at a number of innovative business centres across the UK.

We are seeking somebody with a property/estates management background. Ideally, somebody who’s a marketing orientated person, who would take on the role of seeking new tenants for a dozen office suites ranging from 200 to 2,500 sqft. and work with the rest of the team (F.M. and Finance) to manage 50 plus tenants in our 3 main buildings.

Experience in running Business Centres would be preferable and the ability to establish positive relationships with tenants is critical. Familiarity with online marketing, CRM software and use of social media in this regard would also be advantageous.

The primary role will involve managing the centre day to day, along with others in the team. A secondary role will be to assist the Property Director with marketing of available space at other commercial buildings in the portfolio. Occasional trips to Bristol, Reading and Northampton might be needed to fulfil the role.

There could also be a possible future role in assisting the Property Director create/improve other business centres within the portfolio. This is an expanding sector, and a particular specialism of our business, which owns 4 Business Centres, with more Centres possible in the future.

This is a fantastic opportunity with autonomy to manage your own portfolio with plans to work with the Director to acquire new commercial premises and stock as the role develops.
